Don't claim that the design was made by you.

You maybe not resell for higher than what you purchased for, unless you have added art, your own or commission.

Don't erase any watermark from my artwork.

You may alter any art made by ME (tehnonto/tonto) if asked before hand.

If making a ''sibling'' or related oc, let me know first :)

Don't get heavily inspired on my designs to make your own ocs or adopts. (doesn't mean you can't get ideas from it!)

Don't use my ocs/designs to RP if they aren't owned by you!

DON'T erase my watermark (it may dont apply if you want to make an badge with my art if its commissioned)

YOU MAY NOT use my art commercially without my permission.

DON'T repost my work without permission (if you are a commissioner, you may repost it with credits :> )

You can alter my art by yourself or ask someone to do it if you asked me first.

I get paid before i start the art. You just claim a slot if you pay.

Let me know from the start if you do not want your piece to be posted publicly. If not stated otherwise i will assume that its ok to me to post and use your piece as example. (I will not use your piece for anything commercial)

I wont do refund paymants UNLESS ive delayed too much the original TaT or is my general fault.

I work on comms in Midweeks and draw for myself on Weekends. (Weekends dont count for TAT)

Drawing changes only on sketch. (Changes on finished pieces are ok if its an design mistake i have done.)

All extra info i may write on the post for slot sale must be comsidered on the tos.

Give max details and refs if possible!

I may refuse to draw a character if i think i wouldnt enjoy working with it.

I DONT send much wips, i will usually send the sketch for approval to confirm ideas and details and then finish the work. but if desired, the commissioner can ask for more. (BUT be in mind i do that so i dont delay much work, if i stop mid work cause i need to send a wip and wait, some times it just get me off the vibe of the piece and make just want to work with it later.)

If you delay too much to answer before actually getting your slot, i may skip to the next client interested. this is just so i can give everyone a chance.

I have permission to use discarded sketches as YCH (you dont own the sketches you did not pay me to finish, unless i stated otherwise, be aware of that)

I dont follow a specific order list when doing a comms, i might choose to do one in front of another because i thought i would be able to get ahead with my work because it would be easier or because I wanted to work with another design at the moment. be aware of this, and if you dont feel comfortable, dont choose my work.

Ref for poses are pretty well welcome and helps me to enjoy working more with ur piece.
